Do you have a book out?  Hype yourself shamelessly here.  Do you want to
have a book out?  Do you think if only you just sat down at the computer and
typed for a day or two you'd inevitably produce a masterpiece?  Tell us all

Guess how many books I have in print?  Go ahead, guess.  Here's what I just
love:  I'm at a party, someone with a patronzing air asks me what I do.  I
say, with false self-deprecation, "I'm a, um, writer."  "Oh," they say,
"And have you ever had anything published?"

"pre-orgasmic" -- I love it!

Donna - I'm not sure, but if your publisher of your books and cards consider
the giveaways "special sales" and you check your contract, you may find that
you might earn 2% royalties ... I don't know.  That sometimes happens --
it did with me with a book club that picked up my book:  the publisher
earned back printing costs but I didn't make much on that angle myself.

Not that I wish to rain on your parade, not at all.  Just FYI.

Seven?  Moi?  There are two editions of "Playing in the Band," and one long-
since-deleted Talking Heads title from Avon, but that wouldn't be in there.
