I'd suggest -- as a host of the Buddhism conference -- invite all those 
people in. Also there's a spirituality conference.

Excellent.  What might be a skillful way?  Asking the host to invite
people?

Other major conference I'd initially invite: Psychology.  
And Tiffany suggests Conscious.ind and Holistic.ind.
