Materials
- roses (Rosa spp.)
- daylilies (Hemerocallis spp.)
- bottlebrush (Callistemon spp.)
- camellias (Camellia japonica)
- hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)
- silk-tree (Albizia julibrissin)
- cherokee-bean (Erythrina herbacea)
- pineapple guava (Feijoa sellowiaua)
- butterfly ginger (Hedychium coronarium)
Instructions
Usually offered whole by threading them through cage wire. May also be attached to branches in enclosure.
Cautions
Be sure all flowers are completely free of pesticides. Since items may be consumed, be sure to clear them first with the curator and vet.
