Secure the wooden post in a hole 1.5' deep. The metal ball-bearing swivel base should be attached to the top of the post. Mount the wooden dowel horizontally onto the metal base using screws. The strips of wood are nailed vertically to the sides of the post to assist with climbing. Cable ties are threaded through the holes drilled in the horizontal dowel, providing an attach point for shower curtain rings on which enrichment devices and food may be hung.
