I'm just yer average wellhead boy grandfather, greying, baldING,
bearding, short legs; Jewish Armenian-French adoptee; lefty and
lefty; vegie; ride bike, hike, blow sax, sculpt, photo, write,
build and fix things, love my wife/pal and kids. In short:
Happy to be alive!

Kane, Rashoman, 2001, Where's Poppa, Two or Three Things... etc.
Regrets: I've had a few, but then again...
Oh, yeah. On June 25, 1992, I became the WELL's General Manager, until, that is, until Bruce "Think Big" Katz
decided he "would rather do it himself" and make The WELL the next AOL, and havefive million subscribers
by 2001. Let history be the judge.
Mo put the boom in baby-boomer. Transplanted from Brooklyn and surrounding boroughs to the California Bay
Area to Fairfax California and ultimately to New Paltz, New York, he got around.
He was a Data Processing guru and memory expert, Vegetarian Chef and Restaurant owner, Apple Developer,
Well GM, Potter, Village Planning Board Chair, and proud School Bus Driver.
In his mind, he was a musician, an organic farmer, a social worker, conservationist, inventor, and a pinball champion.
In real life he was all of these things, but mostly, a devoted husband, proud father and grandfather; friend,
inspiration, volunteer/activist, and a voice of reason.
He loved Coen bros. and W.C. Fields movies, laughing / scoffing, hiking, nature, Hubble, France, Berkeley, the
underdog, the arts, his wife, life.
Survived by his soulmate, Celia and children Michael, Sheryl, and Osaze; He left us too soon.
Two bits of recurring wisdom:
- "enjoy what you???ve got because you never know ???"
- "if you???ve got the right tools, you can rule the world"
He did, and he did
