Orange-Spiced Chicken ____________________ Preheat oven to 350° Prepare 10 5-oz. chicken breasts: bone, skin, and cut them in half. Combine in a pie tin: 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp thyme Coat the chicken with the flour mixture and bake for about ten minutes until almost done. Combine in a large skillet: 1 cup orange juice 1 1/2 cups sliced peaches 2 T brown sugar 2 T apple cider vinegar 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp sweet basil 1 minced garlic clove Bring ingredients almost to a boil.
