With Brinn in front, they entered Anyaclaver via a long gray hall, broken by open doors that exposed many-windowed rectangular rooms. Inside each room, women wearing white coats sat on stools at benches littered with glass flagons. Some sat in front of computers, staring into complex diagrams on the screens, or writing in blue covered notebooks; others were talking with each other, sharing notes.
They passed an elevator with a rack of guns hanging beside its steel doors. "Every woman here knows how to use the stun guns that hang outside the elevator." Brinn said. "However, they only work on men."
