It was legible enough so that "Huckleberry Hound Lands on the Moon" could be read, but the image descriptions were blurry. As she read the first few legible descriptions outloud, the sound of her voice echoed across the evening sun-drenched walls of her studio.

"THESE HERE ROCKETS ARE FOR HUCK'S MOON PROJECT NO. 1"
"ABOUT 12 SKYROCKETS SHOULD GET ME TO THE MOON"
"WHOSH! WHOOSH! HUCKLEBERY HOUND'S SPACESHIP BLASTED OFF"
"SUDDENLY THE SKYROCKETS FIZZLED OUT"

studio icon From the images on the tail/tale, it was, she thought, possible to begin identifying the artist who had made the book object. Although it was not a given, in that era, the subject suggested that the artist was male, and because Caydance was about 6 years old when in her Christmas stocking she received a viewer and a three-reel set of images of Cape Cod, it was possible that the artist was about her age. Finding the date of the Huckleberry Hound Lands on the Moon reel, would be helpful. But this was not foremost in her mind.
