A Party in Woodside




smells like it has been out in a rainstorm

Uncle Roger usually wears tweed suits which look
as if he has had them for a long time.
He is short and plump, and when I was younger,
I thought that his briefcase was glued to his right hand.
Because one day when we picked him up at the station,
he said to my Mother: "Given that I live on the train,
I wish that they would serve martinis,"
I also thought
that he lived on the Boston & Maine.
