 Acting, announcing, reporting, commenting, public speaking, high-level legal work, investment advising, being a famous chef, etc.
Guarding, waiting on 
(as in a restaurant), nursing,
gardening, house-cleaning,
taxi-driving, etc.

The question to ask: which way does attention chiefly flow?
