At left, an enormous sculpture dominates the gardens of the Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine. The sculpture is ringed by bronzes bordering the path that circles it. Some of the smaller bronzes appear to be the artwork of small children and are sweetly charming, in contrast to the horrific imagery of the central artwork.
