ZHTA (Zero-Handed Trans-Atlantic) is a group of sailors, techies,
and publicity types who would like to see a radio-controlled model
sailboat cross the Atlantic Ocean. 
 
So far we have been much better at holding meetings, generating documents,
and eating pizza than at acquiring hardware and cash towards our ultimate
goal. ZHTA has therefore evolved into an advocacy organization and
