Berkeley dragon boat teams pass close to the site of the future boathouse in the North Sailing Basin, as proposed by the Eastshore State Park General Plan.

This is also near the boundary between Eastshore State Park land to the south, and the 16 acre parcel that will become East Bay Regional Park District land to the north.
