Marina Blvd., looking north. The Marina Plan includes the possibility of moving the road approximately 60 ft to the east into the existing gravel parking area, and moving the cars to a new landscaped parking lot on the west side of the new alignment. A planted berm would help isolate the road from the Berkeley Meadow in the Eastshore State Park to the east.

There would be no change in the alignment of the Eastshore State Park's proposed pedestrian and bicycle path along the west edge of the Meadow.

The Sierra Club and Audubon Society have expressed concern that impacts on northern harrier nests and other wildlife habitat in the interior of the 2,000 ft wide Meadow have not been adequately studied.
