High water spills into the parking lot south of Gilman Street, the site of a future playing field complex.

The tide height is 8.0 ft above MLLW, slightly below the measured peak tide height of 8.2 ft on December 24 2003.

(Local Short-term tide hindcast data is available from the NOS Water Level Observation Network. The average of Richmond and San Francisco mesurement stations is used to estimate water levels on the Berkeley Waterfront.)
