"Combining the lines of the Banks fishing dory with the sampan bow," this unique local design is only 12 feet long but a full six feet wide. The lug rig completes the odd but functional mix of small craft design traditions from all over the world. These boats are uniquely suited to San Francisco Bay sailing conditions, but are becomming scarce due to competition from more modern sailing craft.
