Off-leash exploration on the Albany Bulb.

Although park development is many years away, the East Bay Regional Park District is trying hard to put an immediate end to off-leash activity on the Albany Beach and Bulb. This despite a fairly liberal dog policy at most of the other parks managed by the District.

Fortunately their efforts have been notably unsuccessful to date.
