Glenn Webber, Godan

Glenn was my first teacher. I went to his dojo to check out Aikido, tried it out, and signed up that day. After a month, I signed up for a year. Except for the three month break when I had my second son, I have practiced between three and six days a week.

Glenn has worked with and taught many of my teachers, including Paul Norris, Danilo Claros, and Cindy Grimm.

He began Aikido as a student of Kanai Shihan, and then spent some time in California with Chiba Shihan. Sensei Webber is the founder of Aikido in Rhode Island. He brought it here. He opened his own dojo, and trained or trained with just about everybody who currently practices in Rhode Island.
