Stephen Kovacevich's Performance Schedule

Stephen Kovacevich, born 1940, might be the most under-rated pianist of his generation, which includes Maurizio Pollini, Martha Argerich, Daniel Barenboim, and Richard Goode. He is among the most interesting living players of Beethoven, and is also tremendous in Brahms, Bartok, and Schubert. He has lived in England his whole adult life and doesn't play in the US that often, but if you keep your eyes open, you might be able to catch him here. I put together the following information through judicious use of Google and will try to keep it up to date.

Please note that I am not affiliated with Mr. Kovacevich or his managers, and they have no responsibility whatsoever for the information appearing on this Web page.

Mr. Kovacevich is managed by Van Walsum Management, London.

Van Walsum has a news page where information can be found about concerts by artists they manage.

Complete Beethoven Sonata Set

Mr. Kovacevich's set of the complete Beethoven piano sonatas was published in the UK in October, 2003 and in the U.S. in January, 2004.
