Question: This is a Zero concert! Why isn't
anybody dancing?
Answer: Sand Harbor doesn't allow Dancing in front
of the stage. The sand dunes are in high danger of erosion and they
fear the effects of people dancing on them. Dancing is allowed behind
the stage on the beach.
