Leader - Conception,organisation and delivery of pre-implementation commercial feasibilty study whose findings presented to Cabinet and Treasury officials underpinned the decision to commence physical implementation.

Melbourne Docklands is a multi-billion dollar, 20 year program involving renewal of the largest urban waterfront in Australia. It occupies an area equal to half Melbourne's CBD

The leading edge analytical program had as its primary focus a "demand" rather than a traditional "supply" driven assessment. Multiple analytical techniques including Monte Carlo Simulation together with detailed market research based forecasts examined the possible effects of numerous critical variables. Error and complexity risks were uniquely managed by comparing results of independant financial models using different calculation routines.
