SCHOONMAKER MARINA Role: Government Liaison As Principal developer, over a 5 year period, financed acquisition of site, supervised planning and permit processes leading to construction . The project was subsequently onsold upon construction commencement. Schoonmaker Point Marina, located in Sausalito California, has becomeas one of the most prestigious marinas in the San Franciso Bay area. Home for many fine boats and yachts, the marina has an illustrious guest list of visiting yachts. Based on the original design concept,the facility boasts wet berths and side ties, guest moorage, dry storage, commercial and light industrial rental space. The grounds include a 2.3 acre sandy beach and swim area, mature landscaping with 21 palm trees and views of Mt. Tamalpais and the City.
