Renewal and transformation strategy

Mauna Lani Resort sets a world class benchmark for the concept of "Integrated Resort Community". Situated on a 1000 acres of the Hawaii's spectacular Kona coast, Mauna Lani features two tournament level golf courses, comprehensive spa and health offering, competition tennis facility, convention centre, multiple food and beverage outlets that service the central hotel and surrounding condominium and residential components.

ALR was retained by the operator Pan Pacific Resorts and Hotels to map a renewal and transformation strategy to address post 9/11 and Sars impacts on international tourism visitation to the resort .

ALR's comprehensive review included detailed assessment of all activity centres, management systems, financial performance, physical renewal requirements, marketing and strategic business planning.
