Cable Beach Club Resort, one of Australia's premier resort hotels was originally developed by Lord Alistair McAlpine. Comprising 263 rooms, convention centre and multiple food and beverage outlets, the property is distinguished by a large collections of artwork, artefacts and furniture from Dutch Colonial, Asian and Middle Eastern origins that decorate the rooms, restaurants and gardens of this iconic property.

ALR has comprehensively reviewed management systems and financial performance, assessed physical renewal requirements, negotiated regional airline alliances and guided design development processes related to facility expansion.
