BTID, an Indonesian development consortium commissioned a regional development study of Benoa Harbour and its surround for the client group and Balinese Authorities. An international multi-disciplinary consulting group identified prospective projects totaling US$2.5 billion within the study 4300 ha area. These included resort development opportunities, low cost housing projects, establishment of a mangrove National Park, university and other educational facilities, cruise ship terminal, commercial and industrial parks, community villages and various infrastructure facilities.
