We are proud of the awards we have won. We are most proud of the e-mail we have received from students and teachers and parents who told us how useful they found the Web of Addictions . We are also gratified by the e-mail we have received from people seeking recovery and family members of people seeking recovery who told us this site helped them.

HomePC magazine choose the Web of Addictions as one of the top 500 web sites for 1996. Sites were judged "on their design, interactivity, creativity and most important, depth of content; that is, whether they are informative, useful, entertaining or thought-provoking."



The Web of Addictions was awarded the "top 5% award" by Point Communications for excellence in content, design and presentation.



LOS ANGELES TIMES PICK On June 11, 1996, this site was awarded a Times Pick by the Los Angeles Times. In their citation the Times said, "Resources for those (or those with loved ones) battling addiction are plentiful online; start with Web of Addictions for accurate info on alcohol and other drug addictions."



MHN 4-Stars! The Web of Addictions received the Mental Health Net's four star rating. The four star rating is their highest rating indicating that the site is " Excellent, one of the best sites on the Web for this resource." Mental Health Net re-reviewed the Web of Addictions in 1998 and again awarded it four stars.

Grohol Best of the Web Award We were one of the first twelve sites to receive the "Best of the Web in Mental Health" award.
