Virgil Mink US Dept of Agriculture Forestry Service Cleveland Nation Forest Trabuco District Dear Mr. Mink, This letter is to confirm that the cabin at #1 Holy Jim is disconnected from any native water supplies. The cabin is fully "dry" with the only source of water being trucked in. There is an old community water line running along the back side of the lot. This line originally supplied water to the 5,000 gallon fire tank where Trabuco and Holy Jim canyons intersect. This line has been dry for over ten years, having been disconnected behind #5 Holy Jim. Enclosed please find evidence of my maintaining a primary residence outside of Forest boundries. John Errett 5045 Hawley Blvd San Diego, CA 92116
