At Pacific Circle last summer (1984) a bunch of us were
sitting around the fire singing when someone mentioned not having
to worry about his cats because he had had someone feed them.
His exact words were "Someone fed my cats last night." I added
"Doo-dah, doo-dah" and the following resulted, mostly from me but
with some help from the group:

          Tune: Camptown Races

Someone fed my cats last night,
    Doo-dah, doo-dah,
Really put up quite a fight,
    Oh de doo dah day.

    Bloody bones and burglar tools,
    Doo-dah, doo-dah,
All that's left of more durn fools,
    Oh de doo dah day.

    Gwine to feast all night,
    Gwine to feast all day.
    Cheaper than Purina Chow,
    Kal-Kan or Friskies Buffet.
