- Responsible for the user interface design of a wide range of web-based
applications, including prototyping, mockups, management
presentation, implementation, customization, and usability testing and

- Helped design, develop, and launch the WELL's main web site, the user interface for a
commercial web-based conferencing application, internal relational

trade show banners, business cards, advertisements, and other marketing
materials.
- Served as a mediator for host and user online disputes and as a
liaison between the community and management, including handling online
PR and policy presentation.
- Wrote and developed technical documentation for the WELL's Host
Manual, the departmental procedures manual, and staff and user online tools.
- Assisted in the development and implementation of nationwide programs to
forge new business partnerships.
