Hi, folks, looks like things have been a little slow in this
conference.  So let me be presumptuous and invite everyone once again
for my talk at the Academy of Sciences in San Francisco's Golden Gate
Park on Thursday, September 26 at 7:30.  The cost is 6 dollars for
members and 8 for non-members--I'll try to offer good value.  (The
proceeds benefit the museum.)

I also wanted to say that on October 10 of this year we will be
webcasting Powers of Ten on our www.powersof10.com website.  This is a
great day for everyone to share the film for free and we really
encourage schools especially but anyone to built educational
opportunities around this day.

Thanks for the reminder!  As I did last year, I'll corner all of the
