 We're looking for a few WELL members to read a new novel (for free) and
 participate in a discussion with the author in <inkwell.vue>

 Here is a description:

  Marisa Silver is the author of a collection of stories, Babe in Paradise.
  She made her fictional debut in The New Yorker and her work has been
  anthologized in The Best American Short Stories.  She lives in Los Angeles.

be leading the discussion.

We always invite members of the WELL to participate directly in these
discussions, and in most cases we offer review copies of the book that
we're discussing in exchange for a commitment to join us and be
prepared to ask questions of our guest. That way, we have diverse
approaches that would be missing if the discussion leader were the only
other participant.

For example, Ted Orland is coming to visit next month. He'll be in
<inkwell.vue.> for two weeks, starting July 26. We have a few copies
of his book, The View From The Studio Door: How Artists Find Their Way
in an Uncertain World, and we will share them with Well members who
would like to participate meaningfully in the conversation then.

We have an interview coming up with David Shenk, author of "The Immortal
Game: A History of Chess".   This is a wide-ranging book on the history

 This second volume in the series focusses on the Bush administration's
 policies on voting, the environment, and foreign policy.   The books

Pappano and Eileen McDonagh presents a provocative treatise about how woman
