That, and I'm afraid I left the tuna under the broiler a tad too long, so it
got a bit dry. It needed a sauce, and the lime ponzu sounds fabulous.
  

    
I just want to say that I made some rice with that carrot juice trick
the other night and it was totally scrumptious. Yummmm.
  

    
Just checking in after a long absence--thanks Bruce! I find the
Odwalla carrot juice to be almost as good as fresh-squeezed at home,
without the pretty extreme hassle (at least my Champion is a hassle).
  

    
Yeah, the odwalla is all I've used, since I don't have a juicer.  It's
mighty tasty.

Someone gave me a cute little juicer as a housewarming gift. I really
appreciated the thought - but eventually not the juicer. Too much
hassle, too much mess, little tiny screens and strainers clogged with
pith. (No, I do not have a lisp.)

Odwalla has great juices, and despite my very thrifty bent - it's
worth the money to let them do all the prep.

The Braun Citromatic I bought Joe in May is probably the most successful
appliance in our household. We've made orange juice (3 oranges per person)
just about every morning we've been been home since May, and no hassle, no
mess. Superb design and cheap.

experiences with the two cultures of food, including attitudes, serving
