Reading in Neil's journal about dubious puns followed by a post about
"a houseful of McClouds" makes me think of a Jay London joke.

(slips on NY accent)

They asked twelve actors to show up at the studio dressed like clouds.
Fourteen showed up and all of a sudden it was overcast.

*They* *asked* *twelve*...

Thank you.

You will never see me again.

Um, I think Christy just broke my brain. Ouch.

procrastinating on housework - and convinced that there can't be this
much laundry in the house and still have things that are already clean.

Love your new pseud, BTW, Mousey.

Hey, Neil -- just tell Holly that you only mentioned Mike's birthday
because it was his 21st. Yeah, yeah, that's it.

(Well, that's what *I* had thought, anyway, trusting soul that I am.)

Was reading through inkwell topic about Dreamhunters and came across a
mention of the Live at the Aladdin VHS. On a whim, went to google it
and discovered that there is a DVD out called that. BUT, beware, it is
Prince, Live at the Aladdin which they don't always put the 'Prince' in
front of. Wouldn't THAT be terrible. Thinking you've ordered Neil
Gaiman - Live at the Aladdin and it's really Prince.

LOL! I'm trying to picture that. ("Neil looks different on TV. And
when did his voice get so high?")

Thanks for the heads-up, Holley, and for the link, Glen.

I definitely recommend that video to anyone who wants to see Neil's
performing chops.

Well, they are both Minneapolis area boys.

notshakespeare - would that be with string? or electricity?

Honestly - I was thinking of pork chop puppet theatre, like my brother
used to do. But marionettes would be cool.

What a lovely 12th-Anniversary-At-Work present for me! <g>

Hey Neil -- What's the difference between the (regular) Hardcover and
the Library edition?

And did any of that interview of you by Maddy make it onto the CD?

I know? I'm still preoccupied with looking for the right gardening

Did someone way up there mention putting the Journal into some kind of
