Got my copy today, thanks David.

While I was waiting for my copy, I found the book for sale in Inklings 
Bookstore in Yakima, Washington.  Yakima has kind of changed in my

I was happy to find a signed copy at Pegasus for my son. It's
thrilling that your book has been so well received; you must be over
the moon. What's next?
  

    

I also released two CDs in November: one of original music, titled "You Are
Here," and one of Grateful Dead songs, titled "It's a Hand-Me-Down." I am
doing promotion and publicity for all three releases, which involves lots of
envelope-stuffing, phone interviews, etc. And, of course, starting to make
plans for next year's touring.

I have a couple of ideas for a next book but no brainspace for deeloping any
of them at the moment.
