Work Experience

Workshop leader for the National Senior Intelligence Course for the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center, Washington DC. These sessions consistently receive the highest rated evaluations from participants.

Consultant /workshop leader for Vision 21 redesigning the Marine Corps for the 21st century. The session, held for the top twenty-three Marine Corps Generals, was commended for changing the perspectives of the participants and stimulating discussion.

Design and coordination of the Guest Advisors´ Group and design and moderation of focus and feedback groups for Vice President Gore´ s Electronic Open Meeting on Reinventing Government, National Performance Review, Washington DC.

The first catalogue produced by The Combined Federal Campaign, using Dr. Whitney-Smith´ s redesign of the graphical production system, was the first in the agency´ s history to be completely without errors or client complaints.
