Most of the year fires are not allowed in the Canyon. In April you are still allowed to make fires of driftwood only, in firepans, & you are required to carry out all your ashes.
 

Meanwhile, in the kitchen space, that evening's cooks prepare dinner and volunteers prepare drinks.

Every day we unloaded, set up, used, washed and loaded up again a full set of kitchen gear. Much of it was contributed by Tom, Mike and Donna.
