In Tiara's studio -- nestled into the cabin in the Russian River Valley that she and her partner had themselves restored, stretched out on a wooden bench, there was an accordion-folded four-feet long Arches paper artists book. On each square were watercolor paintings and/or ink drawings and or hand lettered narratives -- all of which were scenes and stories of the Russian River, which flows into the Pacific Ocean, near the town of Jenner, about an 18-minute drive from Cory and Tiara’s cabin.

Because many of the frames had already been completed, and because of the way the existing frames related to each other, work on the book had become increasingly difficult. "I can make no mistakes", Tiara explained.
