That's quite a store, Glen!

Maure, watch the topic list when you come to inkwell.vue. The topic will
show up there.

Well Linda, each time I look up the sales, I realize that it costs
nothing to add every single item they have. So, I add them randomly.
Of course no one has ever bought a non-t-shirt item. But I personly
find the 3 Goldfish clock to be hilarious.

I think that Coraline's now live -- it's on the front page of the
Well.

Sorry I've been away -- Martha and I have been conversing in the
Coraline topic.

As for boobies and genital piercings, I'm in favour of the former, and
have no problems with the latter unless someone is approaching me with
a piercing device in one hand, a lump of silverware in the other, and
a dangerous gleam in their eyes.

Yep! It's live and I just opened the floodgates for non-Martha's to
ask lots of questions.

Just bought a shirt, too... which means that next time Neil does a
signing I'll have to have him sign it.

Neil's last paragraph would be such a lovely pseud if it weren't so long.
Alas.

E-mail from Christy Smith:

Kristina re: scribbled post -- What the heck? Anyway, I tried typing in
the elephant link by hand, and at least this time got redirected to the
poem's new location. Anyone who had trouble getting to it, try
http://www2.bcinternet.net/~newman/Elephant.htm. And maybe I'll
reconsider my prior comment about being able to pass for an ant. ;^P

Homestaw Wunnew: Isn't that addictive? AND *hilarious*! I knew I'd get
at least one person hooked. <duck> BTW, who's Brak?

Michelle -- "I have no response to that" and "That's all I have to say
about that" -- Tom Hanks gets the best reticent lines! :) As if I needed
yet another reason to like the guy (besides his being the probable only
non-A-hole, according to Peter David. ;) )

Oooh! Rocky got a sneak preview of the latest Castle fashions! :D

Dan -- Hm. Interesting. Well, I just know this: When I was a kid, I
couldn't bear the thought of touching the white of my eye; if I'd tried
it, I would have flinched away and teared up immediately. Now, after
twenty years of putting contact lenses in and taking them out, I can rest
my fingertip on my eyeball for as long as I can stare without blinking.
So I'll just take their word for it. ;)

And people didn't always drink champagne out of flutes! LOL!

Female plumber-butt... nope, sorry, doesn't sound attractive to me.

Kristina -- Well, then I hope it _is_ a bacterial infection as opposed to
a viral one. Good luck!

> mixing juice from 2 limes with 2 chopped cloves of garlic and drinking
it is a great sickness preventer.

I would imagine! It sounds like a great
proximity-to-persons-bearing-germs preventer, and that would help. :)

Oh, what the heck, throw over the garlic, just drink the rum! ;)

Erynn -- Hmm, I've never heard of _Lovely and Amazing_. What's it about?

> I was hoping he'd have something to say about boobies and genital piercings.

Why, yes. He'd smile sweetly, then continue quietly scanning for direct
questions and CBLDF mentions. ;)

I am definitely looking forward to the _Coraline_ topic. As of this
writing, though, it's still a no-show....

I lie! THERE IT IS!!! THANKS, LINDA! :D

Now all I need is for the CBLDF to finish their days-long deliberation
about how to calculate sales tax, and send me my invoice!

Off to the _Coraline_ topic, joined in progress....

Here on Our Side of the Well,
Christy

Neil: I don't think people will find their way into Inkwell.vue
from the link you put in your journal. If you change it to:
http://engaged.well.com/engaged/engaged.cgi?c=inkwell.vue

then they'll get much closer to finding the Coraline interview and
this topic.

I looked at www.neilgaiman.com and didn't see where he'd post anything
about inkwell.vue...

Lenny-You might want to post that link on Neil's website message
boards. With all he's doing right now- am not sure he'll get to pop in
here as frequently. I agree though. I had a rough time navigating my
first time here- and I'd like to see everyone get a chance to read the
interview. I think it's going to be an interesting one. ^_^

Erynn - I have a way to cure your male friends of chick flick phobia,
make them watch "Girlfight." That movie will definitely make 'em
reassess the bad attitude. ;>

Madman - He has a way with zee words, no?

And thank you all for reminding me to wait until November [my

I have a new television addiction, and it's all due to Tara.
Previously, the television was just a tool necessary to the proper
usage of the VCR and DVD player. Now it is the purveyor of a form of
crack known as "Farscape" on the street. Bad Tara. Wicked Tara.

Neil's journal seems to be down again, unless it is just me.

But the Coraline topic is up, hooray hooray.

I just have to say that I saw a band called Janah last night & they
ROCK. Go check out their website at www.janah.org . Buy the CD.
Listen to the MP3s, particularly
Leavened Heart. And buy the CD.

They are also very nice people. Go see them when they play your town.
You will not regret it. Did I mention that you should buy the CD?
;-)

And if Neil's blog is not fixed soon, I'm gonna need some Nicorest or
something. I am so jonesing.

loved it.

However, she had no idea who Neil was.
