Entering the Land of Java

No, I'm not talking about the country, or about coffee. In this context Java is a computer language that lets Web pages include actual programs that run on your computer when you access the page. I've written a number of them that you can try if your browser is set up for it (If it isn't, there's nothing to see here):

• Journey through realms of imagination to The Ancient City.
• Brush up on your high-school chemistry with a phase diagram (best with a frames-capable browser).
• Try to figure out what Aunt Tillie does or doesn't like.
