- In the 6@ category of Ten Sights, A3 observes its UTW concert withi TLC's education based purposes as 1) expanding consensus on the archetypal and life-serving values of the הוהי (MAAT) social perspective and living practices through POB dialogs; and 2) mentoring youth as ambassadors of C3's social consensus and monitors of its states of UTW through the Commonwealth Information Resources and Communal Living Exchanges of ChAPter Three (C.I.R.C.L.E. 3) initiative.
