Blessings to your spirit in these times, my relatives! In this presentation, I shall summarize the Maturity-1 (Mat-1) campaign to realize a vision of thriving wellness in the living world in which all life exists as societies of interdependent species; interlinked groups and communities of common and aligned interests functioning adaptively across their differences and distinctions; and individuals of distinguished spirit.

And to do so by resourcing living opportunities in regenerative and distributive ways that provide universally inclusive solutions to both the possibilities as well as the problems before us; and that also preserve, as well as restore, planetary systems that living beings depend on to survive and prosper.
And to do this by deeply organizing commonwealth social change agents into alliances that reclaim the power of influencing our lives at the community level–by concentrating on consensus-driven strategies that resolve, rather than ease,  grass roots struggles with disadvantaging systemic powers. It is a campaign, not to imprudently daydream about the situations implicating the future with these flanking strategies of consensus solutions, nor to exclusively prioritize the frontline struggles that are specific to these times, but to resolve these struggles within strategies advancing a collective vision of mature coexistence that genuinely serves all, and to change systemic social dynamics so that they neither disadvantage nor advantage any population over others.

The presentation offers some UTW (Universal Thriving Wellness) perspectives on notions of "what might a social consensus on living possibilities be?"; "what may be the designs of attempting such accords?"; "why attempt the implausible outcome of consensus rather than the more imaginable majority rule?"; and "why possibilities of thriving wellness for all, or the social accords and pathways toward it, may be unachievable through any form of the dominant economic models many populations acquiesce to and preserve?"–a situation that incites movements for just transitions into radically different systems.

Mat-1 is being developed by S a t u r n  D r a g o n and Swan's Reach to expand consensus among social developers on systemic changes in Living Society needed for enabling true grass roots achievements in social development. Changes that shift the frameworks of understanding and meaningfulness underlying what populations believe in (our Story) to emphasize all life as sacred and all resources as the Commons–rather than frameworks of exclusion emphasizing exploitation of lives and resources and producing the onerous and disadvantaging situations many populations struggle against. And demonstrations of systemic thriving that mature CivilizationCoexistence into genuinely "serving all" by enabling every way of bridging disconnects in people's understandings of meaningful and fulfilled living; and organizing communities as sanctuaries for the individual and collective distinctions spirited within them.

There are many ways HumanityLiving Society supports these intentions; however, studies of harm to Earth's environment, widening social inequalities, and the struggles of people with systemic imbalances contributing to these harms and inequities, illustrate that the shifts needed to realize thriving wellness are not forthcoming through the prevailing social systems and economics that too many discontentedly believe as their only viable option for advancing in life.

Mat-1 asserts that there are no corrections to these predominant systems–referred to in this campaign as Echelon models–that can align or synchronize them to life-serving interests or resolve the imbalances their formulas for success require because of inevitable pressures in these models to exploit life and resources for productivity demands.

The keys to the Mat-1 campaign are: 1) mapping the self-enabling alignments and linkages of CSCAs and organizing them  specifically to expand accords throughout their circles on which designs for living to preserve as advancing Universal Thriving Wellness (UTW), in which all life exists adaptively and cohesively across any differences, and which to abandon as too under serving and obsolete to collective well-being; 2)  incubating initiatives extending from this consensus that return the power of influence to communities through structural power analysis, as described here by Jane McAlevey:

UTW is not reached if any among us are disadvantaged by the social framework, and so, the most essential of the changes advocated for in Mat-1 are shifting our story of meaningfulness and understanding in life from subsistence narratives that emphasize competitive disconnection (examples include the Sacred Money and Markets story underlying capitalism) over to solidarity narratives of collectively thriving (such as the Sacred Life and Living Earth story described by David Korten):

In our assessment, these shifts require establishing consensus throughout populations on which understandings of how to live we should preserve as serving common interests, which we must abandon as compromising to collective wellness, and what resourcing models serve the consensus that is reached. A consensus that must honor the archetypal significance of every difference demonstrated by living beings. In this sense Mat-1 is not only a campaign for changing how communities and populations organize to function, but a movement for our species to unlearn the discredited misconceptions we've been faithful to that are recognized as compromising our social integrity and ecological compatibility.

Mat-1's principal initiatives for interlinking populations in this way are Universal Commonwealth and Cohesive Society (UCCS) as a UTW development criteria and standard to shift our community circles over to that ensures social development is navigated by a compass of social consensus and along bearing of meaning and purpose extending from the accords of this consensus; the Ten Sights as the scope of endeavor categories across which UTW is cultivated and monitored; the Chevil AtŽ Project (ChAP) as a network of community linkages and alliances between social change agents, called ChAPters, that map UTW efforts and advancements throughout these circles.

The intention here is for ChAPters to model ways of developing society in communal-asset, rather than private capital-based, resourcing that is tailored to the distinctions of the ChAPter being mapped. These efforts are organized by Abundance Leagues as the UTW organizing alliances for each ChAPter; CIRCLEs as the monitoring and reporting initiative of each ChAPter; and ChAPter Source as the UCCS currency for resourcing innovations of the Chevil Até Project as anchors and bridges of the Commons.

It has taken some time to condense the scope of Mat-1 into this summary. Enough, I hope, to be clear that their primary intention, rather than continuing struggles with society as it presently functions, is to imagine beyond current social limitations and disadvantaging economics to possibilities proving undeniably life-serving, but have yet to either fully manifest as our experienced reality–or even be conceived of; and to reconfigure populated society in these potentials as the social change agents necessary for them to have any chance.

Strategic organizing includes frontline efforts of aiding those vulnerable to urgent and direct threats to their welfare, as well as flanking efforts of maneuvering toward envisioned outcomes rather than reacting to situational conditions. Abundance Leagues primarily function in flanking roles of ensuring ChAPter development is steered by the UCCS compass of universal social inclusiveness, consensus, and cohesion. In this sense league alliances are cultivated as concerts of association that concentrate allies on synchronizing the affirming visions of organizations and the soul urges of individuals, before tactical concentrations of combining forces in frontline relief and corrections to situations and conditions that populations struggled with,

3C9: IRON LATTICE> The Iron Lattice is a quarterly art and culture print magazine based in New Orleans. A3 proposes to concert here in the category of "framing context" Story-3 initiative, helping to curate an authentic framing story of C3's cultural emphasis and aspiration. Among the possibilities foreseen here is for Iron Lattice to be the journalistic custodian of C3's record by selecting which stories of A3's allies and initiatives compliment the lattice's collection of articles as worthy saints of NOLA's zeitgeist through contributions that honor the uncorrupted local spirit and preserve its genuine value .

Mat-1 is a movement to provide alternatives to no less than the capital-based economic systems of the world. And Abundance Leagues comprise those who are able to imagine beyond the current social limitations of these disadvantaging economies to the emerging possibilities of living, even though what enables these possibilities may not yet exist widely and requires us as their agents of emergence into reality. Whether pioneering with us or embarking at the ports in Mat-1Õs campaign that are anchors or bridges for you in fostering UTW. We invite those choosing to re-invent (rather than repair) refuted constructs of Living Society to join in expanding C3Õs consensus by including your projects in Chevil Até's mappings.
