We kept the basic contact information, an address book of shipping addresses, and an 'address book' of credit cards. A Customer could add or delete this information. Some Customers went so far as to delete all shipping and billing information after they had placed an order. (Of course we kept the shipping/billing info for any order they had placed in a separate database.) I show most of the areas in the Account system in the next few pages. I skipped "How to contact Customer Support" and Email options (html or text). |
